We use highly specialized Ransburg # 2 spray equipment, which atomizes and statically charges the atomized paint as it leaves the spray head, driven only by centrifugal force. This is a portable eco-friendly painting process that is environmentally friendly with up to a 98% transfer efficiency. The Electrostatic coating application wraps the material around the substrate ensuring an even mill thickness of the coating and leaves behind a finished coating without the unevenness, high and low spots of conventional paint and spray applications.
